To see your beneficiaries:

  1. Sign in to mysunlife.ca.
  2. Go to the drop-down menu at the top right and select Personal information.

To change your beneficiaries:

  1. Sign in to mysunlife.ca.
  2. Go to the drop-down menu at the top right and select Personal information.
  3. Select the Beneficiary information you wish to update.

To change your beneficiaries:

  1. Download and print one of the following forms:
     Beneficiary nomination (102G-E / 102G-F)
     Beneficiary nomination with Optional benefits (102G-OPT-E / 102G-OPT-F)
  2. Complete the form, and then sign it and date it on page 
  3. Send the completed form to your plan administrator for handling.
